WELCOME TO Balmy BNB Tower-2 – A Themed Based Guest House with 23 amazing rooms and a broad array of amenities and homely comforts. Located in the heart of New Town, Action Area 1, Upasana Park (Bisarjan Ghat) is a quiet and lively area within a short walk distance to Biswa Bangla Gate, Tata Cancer Hospital, and is surrounded by the extraordinary beauty of green parks and residential houses. It is close to major landmarks like Techno India, Ohio Hospital, Coffee House, offices, shops, and popular restaurants.

On entering this Themed BNB, you will immediately sense its special intimate atmosphere that makes you feel like you are in your own home with the feel of being celebrities. Each room has been passionately prepared and each room deserves your stay. Balmy BNB decoration mixes valuable antiques and original artworks with an unexpected eclectic contemporary twist.
Our 23 modern bedrooms are surprisingly spacious, 19 double beds in 19 rooms and 4 single beds in 4 single rooms, study table and chair, tea table, wardrobe, side table, wall artwork and ensuite facilities. Careful thought has gone into providing many hotel amenities such as hi-speed Wi-Fi, a 32” flat screen TV in room and 32/48” TV in living room, and clean linens, packed purified 20 liter water jar. Kitchen has gas connected oven, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, and cutleries etc. The bathrooms have shower enclosures, fluffy towels, geyser for hot water, toiletries, and hand wash dispenser. However, our primary goal is to make our guests feel at home. The rooms are warmly lit with sunlight almost the whole day and have white marble flooring that gives a finished glow that illuminates the light and makes the space more inviting and absolute elegance. Guests have access to the lounge/living area and kitchen.
Balmy BNB offers different themed rooms for our guests; all rooms include their own bathrooms. Few rooms hold twine beds for two, while the remaining queen size beds for two. We accommodate families and children, corporates, couples, and travellers.The rooms of Balmy BNB are extremely comfortable, equipped with warm and selected items and personalized with authentic and modern antiques expertly chosen one by one in the many markets of Kolkata.
This passion for detail contributes to the intimate, tranquil atmosphere which transforms each room into a pleasant refuge within the bustling city of Kolkata, in a place where guests can relax after a day spent touring and admiring the many beautiful artistic and architectural sites in the city which cradled the Renaissance.
Each bedroom at Balmy BNB has been designed in a fresh concept mixing tradition, precious fabrics, original photos, prints and paintings.Rooms are light and comfortable and well appointed with a writing desk, wireless internet access and flat screen TV's. Rooms overlooking the front have double soundproof sliding windows.
Balmy BNB offers you a few more vibrant spaces to use in addition to your rooms while you stay here. A fully equipped and ready to use kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, gas and stoves, and wide range of cooking utensils, and cutleries. A living/lounge room for relaxing and socializing with family and friends with floor seating, sofa and a flat TV.

The place offers a beautiful and elegant ambiance along with Cabanas, Teepee, and Gazebo. Enjoy a private dining and smoky BBQ on an open rooftop. it’s a place to be at. We aren’t even saying bring along your date or something, because some places are to be enjoyed, regardless of whether you have some company or not. This place is exactly that kind. You can enjoy your own kababs on Barbeque.
If you feel that BBQ dining on a rooftop overlooking the city should be accompanied by a feeling of opulence and grandeur, then Balmy BNB Terrace should be your destination. It offers a variety of experiences depending on how you want to enjoy the evening. Chill out with your friends at Cabanas and Gazebos or an exclusively decorated Teepee tent for couples and other open areas for games and fun. The place is set up and decorated with a number of shamianas and bed with mattress arranged for a perfect seating and sleeping under a sort of an indoor gazebo, and some outdoors as well. The place is perfect for those who want a chilled out and lazy vibe while puffing on a hookah and eating hot BBQ right in the bed that you are lounging on.
